Single girl does fashion week.  Caroline went to the Monique Lhuillier fashion show last night.  Before she went she stopped by to raid my closet and get some help styling her outfit.  Here are the before and after pictures of our styling fest.  We made quite the mess.  Lights, camera, fashion.

Oh and what a show it was! Thanks to Orlagh’s fabulous fashion tips I was rocking the lobby in my faux vest like a regular faux fashionista! Things I learned: 

• Faux fur vests are a necessity — like wine and Nutella
• You cannot go wrong in leggings and wedge, lace-up booties. EVERYONE was wearing them. Go buy some now (mine were only $30 bucks!)
• Don’t be scared to wear a felt floppy hat (thanks for making me wear mine, Orlagh!) And yes…I own that!

And finally, thank you Alana (aka Miss. Techyness) for the invite :) After 3 years working on Mercedes as a client, I had never gotten an invite to MB Fashion week. Thank YOU for showing me what I has been missing out on for all those years. You rock!
