Freezer Burn
Seriously — what is it and is it bad when I eat things that have it? Am I going to get sick?
Tonight I made a single serving pizza (listed under my SG friendly foods category) that had a thin layer of ice on the top. Did I toss it? Oh hell no. I chipped away at it, popped it in the oven and 15 mins later indulged in a 350 calorie pepperoni and cheese circle from heaven.
