Hi All! Single Girl here…back & in action.
Just finished eating some pasta noodles covered in oil that expired 4 days ago, parm that expired 2 months ago and red pepper flakes…that shit never expires.
Current status: Painting my nails, just finished watching Michelle Obama’s speech at the DNC and listening to Pony by Ginuwine.
Not too much to talk about now, but plan on blogging a lot more! (Even if I have to force myself….even after 10 hour days and working on the weekends) I have realized that stability is much needed in my life right now. SGGE is going to help me with that. I hope.

I discovered a new way to shop today. Night to day food!
Leftovers are boring, so tonight I decided to buy something that will be good for dinner and easy to mix up for lunch.
What I purchased:
- Simple rotessarie chicken for dinner (had some spinach & mashed potatoes at home to accompany)
- Flat bread & pesto to use with the chicken as a sandwich for lunch
- Some lettuce, mozzerela cheese & tomotaes for sandwich toppings/dinner salad
VOILA!
I won’t get bored, 6 simple ingredients and at least 3 dinner combinations — not to mention some olive oil drizzeled over the tomotoes & moz for an afternoon work snack.
I love it when I’m smart ;)

Doing a summer share in Montauk this year. I’ve been eating chips, chips and chips all weekend long, however on the train just now I learned a new recipe that I will be trying out ASAP.
